Gospel Conversations Class: How to Talk to Your Child About Salvation
Sunday, October 13, at 10:45 am in the Dining Room

The Gospel Commitment class will help parents know how to have a conversation with their child about salvation and heaven in a way that is clear and appropriate for their child’s age.

Has your child begun asking questions about death, heaven, and salvation? How do you know if your child has made a genuine commitment to the Lord? The Gospel Conversations class helps parents know how to have a conversation with their child about salvation and heaven in a way that is clear and appropriate for the child’s age.

Parents will understand the gospel (and be saved /repent); understand basics of cognitive development, and identify where the child is cognitively; and be able to explain the gospel in simple language using a variety of methods. We will also discuss how to use appropriate vocabulary to communicate the gospel clearly. Practical application of this class will happen at home on your own.

Perfect for parents with children aged 3-10 or for those who are actively sharing your faith with a younger generation. No children will attend this class; parents only.
